As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be in charge of the daily operation and sales performance of respective stores. You will also be responsible for the displincary and perfomance of the Frontline Beauty Advisors. Amorepacific Malaysia is looking for a confident self-starter with a high level of drive and determined talents to join our family.
- Responsible for the recruitment and training for the Beauty Advisor.
- Ensure the KPI achievement of the respective store.
- Coordinate with the internal team to execute store promotions and roadshows.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the store display.
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly report and commission calculation.
- Understand and work along side with the frontline to retrain the talents.
- Submit weekly store's report to the Sales Manager. Stocks
- Ensure enough inventory according to sell-out history.
- Testers and samples tracking and deployment.
- Plan and manage inventory by returning slow moving stocks and expired GWPs.
- Break down targets and work closely with BA each time counter visit.
- Plan weekend specials to help counters hit target
- Analyse counter sales trends and strong products trend.
- Understand shoppers profile of each store.
- Monthly feedback on competitor activity to Sales Manager.
- Visit counters on a regular basis.
Key Experience and Skills
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related filed.
- Experienced in store opening and people management.
- Preferably 2 years(s) Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Great return on sales commissions.
