Job Summary

  • Assist Store/Counter Manager and Retail Executive in the commercial and management of the business, maximizing sales, inventory management & control.
  • To achieve counter and brand targets as given

Principal Accountabilities

  • Promote our brand’s skincare and makeup products over the counter
  • Provide skincare consultation to customers
  • Provide Makeup services at counter
  • Build relationship with customers and deliver excellent customer service
  • Perform product demonstration over the counter to customers
  • Meets personal and counter targets and complete tasks on time
  • Initiative and Ownership
  • Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
  • Ensure accurate sales entry in POS system
  • Ensure effective management and update of member database
  • Ensure maintenance of store housekeeping and VMD display
  • Provide customer with correct and accurate information on product
  • Track and update response of marketing activity or promotions
  • Provide feedback on competitor’s activity and store ranking info
  • Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations
  • Works effectively and co-operates with others to achieve a common goal
  • Interacts and expresses effectively (includes oral communication and body language)

Key Experience and Skills

Qualification and Experience

  • GCE N/ O Level
  • Certificate/Diploma in Professional Make Up Artistry will be an advantage
  • Minimum 1 years of makeup and/or retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Prior experience in a FMCG, retail, cosmetics/beauty industry preferred

Skill Sets

  • Makeup Artistry
  • Experience with POS and cashiering in boutiques will be an advantage
  • Proven sales track record
  • Provide excellent customer service at counter
  • Pleasant looking with good interpersonal skills
  • Independent, driven, possess initiative and is optimistic
  • A good team player
  • Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends, public holidays)
  • Passionate about the beauty and service industry

  • 3 years from the date of application.
  • The submitted application form will be removed without hesitation upon the expiration of the retention period.
  • If a different law or regulation dictates to retain it, we abide by the law.
