AmorePacific Group (Chairman and CEO Suh Kyung-bae) was awarded four awards of Excellent Contributing Company Award, the Technologically Innovative Invention Award, Excellent Legal Working Group Award, and Excellent Legal Working Leader Award, in recognition of its contribution to the development of cosmetics and systems in China, at the “General Assembly of the China Association of Fragrance Flavors and Cosmetic Ingredients in Commemoration of its 30th Anniversary” held in Hangzhou White Horse Lake Convention & Exhibition Center in the afternoon of 월? 12.
The China Association of Fragrance Flavor and Cosmetic Industries is a nonprofit organization certified by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China with about 1,000 Chinese businesses from cosmetics and fragrance industries as its members. Established in 1984, it has worked to propose laws to the Chinese government for the technological development of the industries. It held an awarding ceremony in commemoration of its 30th anniversary this year.
AmorePacific was awarded the Technologically Innovative Invention Award in recognition for its economic and social contribution to the overall Chinese cosmetics industry with its excellent technologies. AmorePacific’s contribution to and support for the association’s research in standardizing laws and systems led to its being awarded the Excellent Legal Working Group and Excellent Legal Working Leader Awards. The company’s efforts made for the development of the Chinese cosmetics industry led to it being awarded the Excellent Contributing Company Award.
“The awards are highly meaningful in that AmorePacific’s technologies, efforts, and achievements made so far for the research, development, and standardization of laws and systems on cosmetics in China, were acknowledged in China,” said Director Je Hoo Yeon of the Shanghai Research Center of AmorePacific on it having been awarded the Excellent Legal Working Leader. “We are committed and will continue to innovate technology and engage in ceaseless research to communicate beauty to clients worldwide.”
