QWhen do you feel happiest while working at the Amorepacific Tokyo Office?
First of all, I became a huge fan of 'HERA' as I had the opportunity to contribute to its launch in Japan. HERA is my favorite brand, so it is such a pleasure for me to introduce the brand's exceptional products and styles. My perspective on foundation changed when I found HERA's 'Black Cushion,' which I still use on a daily basis. Since last July, when the brand launched in Japan, I have learned a lot from working with the team in Seoul. It is also wonderful to grow with such a prestigious brand like HERA.
QHow would you define a person who creates beauty?
While caring for one's appearance may be valuable to some, I believe that having a strong and vibrant inner self is crucial for cultivating an overall sense of beauty. I feel rewarded for introducing the K-beauty trend to the world, which emphasizes the harmony between inner and outer beauty.

Personally, the most fulfilling part is watching team members grow and become capable of reaching higher goals. It is rewarding to see individuals expand their skills and the team achieve greater results together.

With nearly a decade of experience in the beauty industry, I have developed a deep understanding of cosmetics and consumer behavior. Drawing on this foundation, I have brought our brand philosophy to life through strong localization strategies.
I take great pride in working for a global beauty company that combines a strong identity with in-house R&D capabilities, enabling scientifically driven product development.
