The UK beauty market is highly dynamic and has evolved significantly within its established framework, creating numerous opportunities for business development. LANEIGE, one of my favorite brands, has quickly expanded in the European market by understanding customer needs and utilizing innovative technologies developed over its 30-year history. We continuously explore new approaches to unlock the brand's unique potential.

As previously mentioned, embracing new and meaningful challenges in this rapidly changing market is fascinating to me. Witnessing this collective effort to achieve our common goal was incredibly rewarding and inspired me to continue fostering a positive environment as a member of the HR team.
