QWhat is the most memorable project you worked on at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office?
At the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office, employees respect diversity and foster synergy through an open mind which is evident in our communication and collaboration with the HQ. For instance, when we launched a new Sulwhasoo product, we collaborated closely with the HQ back in Seoul to produce a video that highlighted both Hong Kong's vibrant culture and Korea's traditional beauty. This video successfully attracted numerous influencers and customers, enhancing the brand's positive image. This project holds especially meaningful to me, as it represents a perfect alignment of our efforts and innovative technology with customer needs, marking a significant milestone.
QWhat do you find most interesting about working at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office?
The Amorepacific Hong Kong Office has a culture of continuous learning, joy, and a forward-thinking attitude towards new technologies such as AI. The company's enthusiasm for AI trends and tool development empowers employees to leverage cutting-edge and effective technologies. Additionally, our office hosts an annual mentoring program to foster employee growth. Last year, I had the honor of serving as a mentor in the program, which was an incredibly rewarding experience. I supported my mentee in developing their skills while also experiencing significant personal growth. Helping someone achieve their goals is highly rewarding.

QPlease describe your role in the Sales Team at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office.
I started working at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office 18 years ago as a beauty consultant in a Sulwhasoo store, where I provided services and coaching, along with store management. I also represented Sulwhasoo as an ambassador at various external events and workshops while developing my store management skills. Drawing these frontline experiences, I now serve as a Brand Trainer and Assistant Operations Manager, with a focus on the education and development of the Sulwhasoo brand.
QWhat is the most satisfying aspect of working at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office?
We have a unique and valuable culture of practicing and having an open mind that sets us apart from other workplaces. This mindset drives us to understand one another, communicate openly, and collaborate effectively to achieve our common goals. Our office layout reflects this openness, with numerous open spaces designed to freely discuss ideas. QWhat is the most rewarding moment you worked on at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office?
I feel most fulfilled when interacting with and helping others at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office. I always try to put myself in the customer's shoes, focusing on how to assist our global customers in discovering their true selves and realizing their New Beauty. When this approach succeeds and our customers are satisfied and happy, I share in that joy. I take delight in communicating with customers, sharing beauty tips, and building friendships. Serving the community also brings me happiness. At the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office, we have opportunities to volunteer, such as visiting the elderly or conducting beauty workshops for breast cancer patients. I believe these meaningful activities truly reflect our company values.

Understanding customer needs is central to designing our brand strategies, and we passionately exchange ideas and collaborate with a customer-centric approach. Regardless of brand, task, or position, we share experiences and insights in an open environment, enabling us to quickly respond to customer or business feedback. Over my 17 years with the company, I have had the chance to work with several brands, including Sulwhasoo, LANEIGE, AP, ETUDE, and other daily beauty lines. My roles have ranged from trainer to marketing agent, marketing team manager, and brand general manager. I have thoroughly enjoyed this journey and experienced significant growth, thanks to the ample opportunities and educational support provided by the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office.
QWhen do you feel happiest while working at the Amorepacific Hong Kong Office?
I feel happy when customers share positive feedback and express their gratitude for our services. At Amorepacific, our beauty consultants are dedicated to providing enjoyable and innovative experiences beyond just selling products.
